How to Order
Choose a Style: We determine the correct dimensions and style for your booth, banquette, table, ottoman or bench. We can send you other photos if you give us an idea of what you want or we can discuss by phone. You can also e-mail, fax or send a photo or sketch of what you would like. We can help you through the decision process by discussing and sending additional pictures via email or consulting over the phone.
Proposal & Acceptance: We send you a “Proposal and Acceptance”. You sign it and return the hard copy by mail with your check for a 50% deposit. All orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Samples: We begin to send you fabric samples for you to actually see and touch until you find something you like. If you require laminate samples for tables, which we also make, we will send them to you promptly.
Drawings: We will send you final shop drawings for you to approve.
Manufacture & Deliver: We manufacture your custom furniture vision and contact you prior to shipping. We will request final payment when your order is ready to ship. An expert delivery service will make your vision a reality by delivering your CityLiving Design order to you. The journey is over and we ask that you keep in touch so we may help you in the future and keep you a satisfied customer.
Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. There are no exchanges or returns. There are no changes once the shop drawing has been signed. Orders must be received within 7 days of CityLiving Design receiving or manufacturing the product. Payment in full is due prior to CityLiving Design shipping any product to the customer.
